1. Kunwar Singh

Kunwar Singh

Kunwar Singh was a notable leader during the Indian Rebellion of 1857 and died in April 26, 1858. Kunwar Singh was born in 1777 in Bihar. He belonged to a royal Ujjainiya Priwar and lives in Rajput House located in Jagdishpur. Currently it is a part of Bhojpur district, Bihar, India. He is the son of Raja Shabzada Singh.

2. Rajendra Prasad

Rajendra Prasad was born on 3 December 1884 in Jiradei, Bengal Presidency, India(now in Bihar) and died in 28 February 1963. At that time he belongs to Indian National Congress party. He was the first President of India. He was imprisoned by British authorities during the movement the Quit India in 1942 and the Salt Satyagraha of 1931.

Shri Krishna Singh was the first chief minister of Bihar. He was born on 21 October 1887 and died in 31 January 1961. He was met Mahatma Gandhi in 1916 first time. He played major role in the 1930 in the Namak Satyagrah at Garhpura also played major role in Quit India movement started in 1942.

4. Anugrah Narayan Sinha

Anugrah Narayan Sinha

Anugrah Narayan Sinha was an Indian nationalist statesman, participant in Champaran Satyagraha in 1917. He was born on 18 June 1887. He was first Deputy Chief Minister cum Finance Minister of the Indian state of Bihar (1946–1957). He was Gandhian & one of the architects of modern Bihar.

5. Jayaprakash Narayan

Jayaprakash Narayan

Jayaprakash Narayan was born in 11 October 1902. He was the freedom fighter of Bihar, theorist and political leader. He was posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, in recognition of his social work in 1999. He was died on 8 October 1979.

Jagjivan Ram was an Indian independence activist and politician from Bihar. He was an Indian independence activist and politician from Bihar. Kameshwar Singh

Kameshwar Singh was born on 28 November 1907. he was born in a Maithil Brahmin family at Darbhanga. He was the President the Maithil Mahasabha from 1929–1962. Later he became the President of the Sri Bharat Dharma Mahamandal.

Sahajanand Saraswati

Sahajanand Saraswati was born in 1889 and belongs to a family of the Bhumihar caste. He was an ascetic, a nationalist and a peasant leader of India. The movement Kisan Sabha started in 1929 under the leadership of Sahajanand Saraswati and also organised the Bakasht Movement in Bihar from 1937-1938.

Syed Hasan Imam was born on 31 August 1871 in Neora, Patna. BY the Occupation he was the Barrister. He died on 19 April 1933. He was the fourth Muslim politician who served Indian National Congress as the President.

10. Baikuntha Shukla

Baikuntha Shukla

Baikuntha Shukla was an Indian nationalist and revolutionary born in 1907. His uncle Yogendra Shukla was one of the founders of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA). He murdered Phanindra Nath Ghosh who led to hanging of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru. He was fighter who took part in Salt Satyagraha of 1930.

Satyendra Narayan Sinha

Satyendra Narayan Sinha was the Indian statesman, participant in the Indian independence movement. He too an active part in ‘complete revolution’ movement during the Emergency. He was also a seven-time Member of Parliament from the Aurangabad constituency.
